  • Cassette / ceiling: Square panel in the ceiling, air on 2–4 sides
  • Ducted / concealed: Hidden above the ceiling; only slot grilles show

Do you provide same-week appointments?

Yes, same-week slots are usually available.

Do you charge for inspection or diagnosis?

Yes, there's a RM75 visit charge for troubleshooting and diagnosis.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, QR payment, online payment and bank transfer.

Can I book outside your normal hours?

Yes, special appointments outside 9am–6pm are accepted, subject to an extra charge.
